These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of scottcpeck.com (the “Site”), operated by Scott C. Peck, Broker Associate at JBGoodwin REALTORS (“Scott,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Property search functionality on this Site is powered by RealScout. Property listing data is sourced from the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) MLS and other sources. Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. All listings are subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal.

IDX information is provided exclusively for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing.

7. Contact Forms & Communications

By submitting a contact form, you authorize Scott C. Peck to contact you via phone, email, and/or text message regarding your inquiry. You agree to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our SMS Terms & Conditions.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
